We specialize in a wide range of architectural and design solutions, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use building designs; 3D exterior and interior visualizations; swimming pool and landscape design; redesign of existing drawings and modification of built structures; structural, mechanical, electrical & plumbing (MEP) drawings; and permit-ready drawings with full project documentation.

We offer three main packages (Standard, Comprehensive, and Premium) tailored to different client needs. Each package varies in deliverables — from basic drawings and exterior renders to full 3D walkthroughs and partial interior renders. We also offer special packages for redesigns and modifications of existing structures.

Our services are priced per square meter of the project. Additional services such as interior design, structural drawings, or MEP can be added as needed. We also charge a one-time site survey + report fee of D2000.

• 50% down payment is required to begin a project. • The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before final deliverables are released. • Late payments may incur a 5% surcharge after 7 days.

Standard Package: 1 revision round. Comprehensive Package: 2 revision rounds. Premium Package: 3 revision rounds. Additional revisions can be made at a fee of D500 (minor changes) or D1,500 (major changes).

Timelines depend on project size and complexity. Standard: 2–4 weeks. Comprehensive: 3–5 weeks. Premium: 4–6 weeks. Delays in client feedback or late payments may extend the timeline.

Yes. We offer a Special Redesign & Modification Package for clients who already have architectural drawings or existing structures. We can reconfigure layouts, update facades, or modernize designs while ensuring they meet your project goals.

We can prepare permit-ready drawing sets and assist with documentation. However, approvals from local authorities remain the client’s responsibility unless permit services are specifically contracted.

All designs remain the property of Archiplex Studios until full payment is made. Once fully paid, clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the design for the agreed project. We retain the right to showcase projects in our portfolio.

If cancelled before design work begins: 80% refund of down payment. If cancelled after work has started and less than 30% is complete: 50% refund of down payment. If more than 30% is complete: no refund available.

Yes. Full interior design (space planning, furniture layouts, finishes, mood boards, and renderings) can be added as an optional service.

First, contact us via phone, WhatsApp, or email. Next, share your project details or existing drawings. If required, we’ll schedule a site survey. Once the scope of work is confirmed and the 50% down payment is made, design work begins within 2–3 working days.
